EFG Corporate Services Provider – Appointment Booking Policy
1. General Guidelines
Appointments with EFG Corporate Services Provider must be scheduled in advance through official channels (website, email, or phone).
Walk-in consultations are subject to availability and may require waiting time.
Clients must provide accurate details when booking, including full name, company name (if applicable), contact details, and the purpose of the meeting.
2. Booking Process
Online Booking: Clients can request an appointment via the company website www.efgpro.ae or email info@efgpro.ae.
Phone Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by calling +971 45575038 / +971 526521188 during working hours.
Confirmation: Once booked, clients will receive a confirmation email or message with meeting details.
3. Appointment Timings & Availability
Appointments are available Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE Time).
Weekend appointments (Friday & Saturday) may be arranged upon request and subject to approval.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must notify EFG at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
5. Virtual & In-Person Meetings
Clients can choose between in-person meetings at the EFG office or virtual consultations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
Virtual meeting links will be sent upon confirmation.
6. Priority & VIP Appointments
Priority appointments may be available for urgent business matters.
VIP and corporate clients may request exclusive meeting slots.
7. Required Documents
Depending on the type of consultation, clients may need to provide relevant documents such as company registration details, passport copies, business plans, or service requirements before the meeting.
